Dina's Rooms in Town complex is built in the Gimnaisio (Gymansium) area, only a few meters from the center of Mykonos Town (Chora), at a close distance from the amazing beaches. During your stay you will have the opportunity to enjoy the marvelous view of the sunset and the blue expanse of the Aegean Sea.
The complex is l.5km from the airport, 1.2km from the port, 500m from the nearest beach, while the bus stop is right next door.
Dina's Rooms in Town offers its guests bright spacious rooms which promise a comfortable and relaxing stay in a hospitable environment. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the modern amenities. Some rooms also provide a kitchen with all the necessities.
Unfortunately not available for the 2022 season due to additional measures undertaken in accordance with the state's hygiene protocols (For your convenience we provide free transportation from the airport and the port of Mykonos, from 7:30am until 11:30pm providing you have informed us 4 days prior to your arrival.)
At Dina's Rooms in Town, our first aim is to satisfy all your needs, providing organized installations and full service.
Reservations:
In order to make a reservation at the Dina’s Center Mykonos Town Rooms & Studios, it is necessary that 30% - 50% of the total amount of your stay be prepaid by deposit in our bank account.
Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is cancelled:
• 22 or more days prior to the arrival date, the prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
• 21 or less days prior to the arrival date, the prepayment is not refunded.

Dinas Rooms has adopted certain certain changes - additions, as far its functional operations are concerned, which have been implemented in order to minimize risk and to increase the safety of guests and staff.
The additional measures undertaken at Dinas Rooms, in following with the country's compulsory Hygiene Protocols and recommended best-practices, include the following:
1. Dinas Rooms has developed a plan of action, including specific protocols for each section of the property, for the prevention and handling of Covid-19 cases, in order to limit the spread of the virus to guests and staff.
The plan of action is in keeping with the National Public Health Organization's (NPHO) recommendations. According to this plan, our management has appointed a Hygiene Coordinator for its supervision, and a doctor acting according to NPHO instructions where a potential COVID-19 case is concerned.
Dinas Rooms has obtained Health-First Certification.
2. Dinas Rooms Staff
Staff training in maintaining all new COVID-19 Hygiene Protocols.
Training in best cleaning and sanitization practices following specific hygiene rules so as to avoid exposure to the virus (frequent cleaning of hands, handshake avoidance, proper distancing, avoiding hand-contact with the face and respiratory Hygiene.)
Personal protection measures of our staff.
Thermal testing of each staff member every morning.
3.Reception
Antiseptics for guests at the entrance.
Frequent disinfection of surfaces in the reception area.
Informational pamphlets with basic Health instructions and useful info for guests.
If required, a complete medical kit is available.
Staff are in a position to identify symptoms and report to the Hygiene Coordinator.
Plexiglass Separator in the reception.
All key-cards are disinfected.
POS terminals are disinfected after each use.
Access to all rooms is strictly prohibited to non-guests.
Communication with Reception via e-mail or mobile including SMS texting on +30 6944658462 or via Viber, Whatsapp.
Check-Out until 11:00 am and Check-In from 15:00 pm so that the rooms can be aired and there is enough time for proper disinfection and cleaning.
Compulsory disclosure of every guest's details to health authorities, while strictly maintaining personal data privacy protection (state ordinance.)
Guests have to advise of precise arrival time, to be received, either with a web-based check-in option or at an outdoor area.
4.Cleaning service for rooms - communal areas
Dinas Rooms implements enhanced disinfection practices according to NPHO instructions.
Apart from regular cleaning procedures, all communal areas, the main entrance, the reception, the door handles and other high-frequency "contact points" are frequently disinfected every day.
In all communal areas, hand disinfectants are available.
All rooms are equipped with hand disinfectants .
Cleaning with approved microbicidal chemicals.
Rooms are cleaned upon departure, with particular attention to contact points.
Daily cleaning and changing of towels upon guest request only.
Specifically, cleaning services are offered according to the guest's preference, for either daily, partial or no service.
Linen changed every 3 days.
From all rooms, all extra items have been removed, such as additional pillows, sheets and shared items of multiple use, such as menus, magazines, etc.
TV remote controls have single use protective covers.
All fabric surfaces (e.g. curtains) are cleaned with a steam device at a temperature greater than 70°.
Proper occupancy management so that where possible, rooms can remain vacant for 24 hours and aired until the next guest arrives.
Notifying guests with a special marking as to when the room was last cleaned.
5. Air-conditioning
All of the rooms' air-conditioners are equipped with washable filters. The air is not mixed with air from another space, other than the area in which the air-conditioner is installed.
Meticulous cleaning and airing of all rooms and regular maintenance and chemical cleaning of air-conditioner filters.
6.Suppliers
All suppliers observe their respective Hygiene Protocols.
Access to the premises is prohibited to suppliers.
Dinas Rooms has a special plan of action in place to address a suspected infection case, be it a guest or a staff member, in full accordance with the country's health protocols.
